What’s So Bad About Being Angry

There are plenty of things that can literally  set us off these days and get us boiling mad these days. Now while there is a place for the healthy expression of anger in our lives, it’s a good reminder to remember that this powerful emotion left unchecked can literally lead to our destruction. Today I talked with clinical psychologists Dr. Karl Benzio and Dr. Linda Mintle about the snare of an angry spirit.

Remembering William Wilberforce

 It was 175 years ago on this day in church history that abolitionist William Wilberforce passed away after suffering an extended period of ill health. Today Wilberforce is remembered as the man who headed the parliamentary campaign against  the British slave trade.  It was my pleasure to take a look back at Wilberforce’s life and the legacy he left for us to follow in his footsteps.
